Chinese Indonesian, have been living in Singapore for the last 10 years. An enthusiastic and curious individual with experience in banking turned UX Designer.
With close to 5 years of experience in retail banking, attending to various tiers of clients where I have learned to be empathetic, listen to and understand clients’ pain points, and offer solutions. Which are the foundations of UX's most important virtues.
I'm looking to better use my experience to do meaningful work and to give back to people by creating a product that adds value to people's life by using design and technology. UX Design allows me to further understand users, create for users and bring a joyous experience to users when using technology.
Hence, I took a leap of faith and decided to change my career path, to pursue my passion in design, focus on UX Design. I enrolled on User Experience Design Immersive Course with General Assembly, Singapore.
I’m motivated to use design and tech to improve lives and bring joy to life. Passionate in problem-solving, creativity, and delivering excellence. I am highly proficient in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and Dialect (Teochew and Hokkien).
Now, as a Product Designer (UX/UI) with EMURGO, I have experience in bringing the product to life and reaching out to users. I simply love what I’m doing.
